Home Rental
Spend the night in the newly remodeled three-bedroom farm house and enjoy the “Kinsella Experience.” Guests will be greeted personally by the Movie Site staff and will receive a complimentary gift basket. The house is available from March through December yearly. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.
Field Rental
Rent the field for private use Sundays through Thursdays from 8 am to 9 am or 6 pm to 10 pm (April 1 - October 31.) Rental of the field is $300 for an hour and $150 each additional hour. Sundays are not available for rentals from Memorial Day weekend through the end of July. Reserve the field by calling 563.875.8404. There is an additional $25 fee for chalking lines and boxes.
Renting the field for a competitive game is $525 for any adult or high school game between two teams with a 2-hour time limit. Any additional time is $150 per hour. Includes safety netting and chalked lines and boxes.
Event Center
The original 1870s barn has been renovated into a modern event center. From weddings to graduation parties, our 2,600 square foot barn holds 150 guests comfortably and includes a bridal rooms restrooms, catering kitchen, and a full-service bar. Host your next special event at the Field of Dreams Movie Site Event Center!
