The Tournaments and Events Operations Interns will contribute to the facilitation, management, and success of the 2026 youth baseball tournaments hosted by the Field of Dreams Movie Site. Interns will also contribute to the success of special events and daily activities at the Field of Dreams Movie Site.
Tournament Site Management in Dyersville and Surrounding Area
On-Site Liason For Movie Site and Tournament Visitors
Setup, Execution, and Tear-Down of Skills Competitions
Production Assistant for Championship Games
Special Event Management
Movie Site Support from Field Maintenance to Hospitality Duties

Special Events Internship
The Special Events Intern will contribute to the facilitation, management, and success of special events hosted by the Field of Dreams Movie Site.
Assist in event-day operations: set-up, ticketing, in-game promotions, crowd control, guest services, clean-up, etc.
Manage assigned event responsibilities in office hours, including preparing and coordinating event materials.
Events include: Northwoods League All Star Game & Home Run Challenge, RAGBRAI, Ghost Saturday Shows, and other events at the Field of Dreams Professional Ballpark
Potential Additional Opportunities: MLB and MiLB at Field of Dreams
