Come celebrate with us on Saturday, July 25, 2020 for First Responders Appreciation Day. Go the distance and help us show our appreciation for our Nation’s first responders the only way we know-how – through the power of family, fun and baseball! Gates open at noon, and be sure to bring your lawn chairs and sunscreen for a day of fun! The Field of Dreams Movie Site is proud to hold this fundraiser event benefiting the Dubuque County Emergency Responder Training Facility, Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, and the New York Police Department Widows and Children’s Fund.
An event every day that begins at 10:00 am, repeating until April 30, 2019
The mystery is over. For years, guests at our revered ballfield with its regal crown of corn have asked to tour the beautiful white, clapboard home that served as the setting for many scenes in the “Field of Dreams” movie. Restored to resemble the movie set, the first floor of this iconic 1906 farm house is now open to the public for live, guided 30-minute tours. Space is limited to 10 people per tour to maximize your time for questions and photographs, so call early to schedule your tour!
Your tour guide will share stories about the home from its early days as the Lansing family homestead to its rebirth as the set for the Kinsella family in the 1989 fantasy classic. Just like playing on the baseball field, touring the Farm House Tour will help you step back in time to take your place as a cast member in the film! Call 888-875-8404 to reserve your timed ticket or buy online today with the link below. Some walk-up tour slots may be available upon request.
